As announced in our most recent newsletter, our first and current Executive Director Eric Palola plans to retire from his role in January 2025 after thirteen years. Eric is working with our Board to facilitate his transition and support a recruitment process managed by a Costa Rican-based executive search firm. The goal is to complete the selection process by no later than November 1. The new position is expected to be based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
